About Background Signature Script
Background Signature Script is a free script font by creativeletter with soft rounded shapes.
Good places to use it: social media posts, party invitations or business cards. Keep it for headlines and short phrases, and use a simpler font for long text. Give a script headline room to breathe: generous margins make the swashes look intentional.
The zip contains one font file (Background-Signature.otf), covering uppercase, lowercase and numbers.
This free version is for personal use. If you plan to earn money with it (client work, merch, packaging), get the commercial licence from creativeletter.
Installing the font
- Download the zip and unzip it.
- Windows: right-click the .otf or .ttf file and choose Install (or Install for all users).
- On a Mac, open the file and press Install Font.
- Restart Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva desktop so the font shows up.
