About Mortal Blade
Mortal Blade is a blackletter font by alit design, released in 2026. Expect a gothic character.
It works well for album covers, gaming graphics and portfolios. Pair it with EB Garamond for smaller text. Blackletter is hard to read in long lines; keep it for names, titles and single words.
You get one font file in the download (MortalBladeRegular-pgYLZ.ttf), covering uppercase, lowercase and numbers.
Mortal Blade is free for personal use only. Commercial use needs a paid licence from alit design. The Buy licence button below takes you to it.
