About Pixels

Meet Pixels, a symbol & dingbats typeface by graphicpear. It has a pixel-art look.

Try it on gaming graphics and stickers; it also holds up on patterns. For body text next to it, a quiet font such as any clean sans serif keeps the layout easy to read. Symbol fonts type pictures instead of letters: open the character map to see which key gives which icon.

You get one font file in the download (Pixels.otf), covering uppercase, lowercase and numbers.

Pixels is free for personal use only. Commercial use needs a paid licence from graphicpear.

Installing the font

  1. Unzip the downloaded file.
  2. Windows: right-click the .otf or .ttf file and choose Install (or Install for all users).
  3. On a Mac, open the file and press Install Font.
  4. Restart Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva desktop so the font shows up.
