About Capestone

Meet Capestone, a display typeface by Linecreative. Its full name says it well: bold display.

Try it on menus and cafe branding and packaging and labels; it also holds up on book covers. For body text next to it, a quiet font such as Work Sans keeps the layout easy to read. Pick one display font per design; two of them tend to fight for attention.

The zip contains one font file (CapestoneRegular-wozvZ.ttf), covering uppercase, lowercase and numbers.

Capestone is free for personal use only. Commercial use needs a paid licence from Linecreative.

Using Capestone on your computer

  1. Download the zip and unzip it.
  2. On Windows, double-click the font file and press Install.
  3. Mac: double-click the file and click Install Font in Font Book.
  4. Close and reopen your design app, then look for the font in the list.
