Metallic Foil Logo Mockups
What's inside

Show a new logo the way it will actually look: on a metallic foil logo mockup. The metallic finish gives the preview a tactile look that flat artwork doesn’t have.
Useful for branding studios as much as for freelancers on Behance. Quick tip: use a vector or high-resolution PNG version of the logo; this is the one mockup where every edge is looked at closely.
It helps you test the mark at small sizes and in one colour, which is where weak logos fall apart.
Credit goes to Graphic Google. We link to their download page rather than re-uploading the file, so check their terms there before commercial use.
Metallic Foil Logo Mockups: editable parts
The PSD is layered, so you can change:
- Your design, placed through the smart object
- Paper or background colour
- Shadows and highlights on their own layers
Editing the Metallic Foil Logo Mockups, step by step
- Set up the design flat at the real print size and keep text inside a safe margin.
- Open the PSD in Photoshop and find the smart object layer, usually named “Your Design” or “Place Here”.
- Place your design, hide the sample artwork, save, and go back to the main file.
- Export a full-size image for your portfolio and a smaller one for social media.
Use CMYK-friendly colours in the artwork itself, even though the mockup is RGB, so what the client sees is close to print.

Questions about this mockup
What licence does it come with?
It's free to download, but the licence belongs to Graphic Google. Check their page: it states whether commercial use is allowed and if attribution is needed.
How do I add my design?
Open the file in Photoshop, double-click the smart object thumbnail, paste or place your artwork in the new tab, save it (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and close. The main file updates on its own.
Do I need Photoshop?
Yes. This is a PSD mockup built with smart objects, so you edit it in Adobe Photoshop. Any recent CC version works.
Will my artwork look printed or pasted on?
Most print mockups keep the paper texture and lighting on separate layers above your design, so it takes on the grain and shadows. If it still looks too clean, lower the opacity of your artwork a little.
