Presenting a digital magazine page? Put it on this iPad mockup and the client sees the real thing, not a flat file.
Useful for product teams as much as for publishers. One thing worth knowing: screenshots with a white background can blend into the bezel; a thin shadow or darker UI reads better.
It’s also a quick way to make case study images look consistent: same device, same angle, different screens.
Good for
- A digital magazine page
- A tablet app
- A dashboard
This is a free file from a designer on Dribbble. When you click download you’ll land on their page to grab it.
Editable options in the iPad Mockup PSD
Everything below is on its own layer:
- Screen design, placed through the smart object
- Shadow under the device
- Device colour, where the file includes it
Add your design to the iPad Mockup
- Take a clean screenshot of the app or website you want to show.
- Open the file in Photoshop and double-click the smart object thumbnail in the Layers panel.
- Place your design, hide the sample artwork, save, and go back to the main file.
- Export a full-size image for your portfolio and a smaller one for social media.
Turn the screen glare layer down if your UI has small type. Glare looks nice but hides detail.

Questions about this mockup
Is it free for commercial use?
It's free to download, but the licence belongs to a designer on Dribbble. Check their page: it states whether commercial use is allowed and if attribution is needed.
How do I add my design?
Open the file in Photoshop, double-click the smart object thumbnail, paste or place your artwork in the new tab, save it (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and close. The main file updates on its own.
Which Photoshop version do I need?
A recent Photoshop CC version is best. Older versions can open the file but sometimes have trouble with smart objects and effects.
Can I remove the screen reflection?
Usually yes. Reflections and glare are normally a separate layer that you can hide or lower in opacity.
