About Nubico
Nubico is a free sans serif font by Fontliner with a modern look.
Try it on children’s books and T-shirt prints; it also holds up on website headings. Pair it with Merriweather for smaller text. Sans serif fonts stay readable on screens, which makes them a safe choice for websites and apps.
You get one font file in the download (nubico-regular.ttf), covering uppercase. It’s a demo, which usually means a limited character set; the full version has everything. It’s an all-caps design, so lowercase keys type capitals too.
This free version is for personal use. If you plan to earn money with it (client work, merch, packaging), get the commercial licence from Fontliner.
How to install Nubico
- Unzip the downloaded file.
- Windows: right-click the .otf or .ttf file and choose Install (or Install for all users).
- On a Mac, open the file and press Install Font.
- Restart Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva desktop so the font shows up.
