About Depresso
Depresso is a sans serif font by Almairatype, released in 2026. Expect a retro mood.
It works well for Cricut and vinyl projects, T-shirt prints and posters. Merriweather makes a safe partner for paragraphs and captions. Try a heavier weight for headings and a lighter one for text to build a clear hierarchy.
You get one font file in the download (Depresso.ttf), covering uppercase, lowercase and numbers.
This free version is for personal use. If you plan to earn money with it (client work, merch, packaging), get the commercial licence from Almairatype.
Using Depresso on your computer
- Unzip the downloaded file.
- On Windows, double-click the font file and press Install.
- On a Mac, open the file and press Install Font.
- Restart Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva desktop so the font shows up.
