A wristband mockup, made for presenting merch branding. Drop in your artwork and the lighting and shadows stay as they are.
Etsy sellers and merch brands tend to get the most out of files like this. A small tip: use a PNG with transparency for logos so the material around them keeps its texture.
Small branded items are often the part of an identity that clients remember, so it’s worth showing them properly.
Credit goes to Pixpine. We link to their download page rather than re-uploading the file, so check their terms there before commercial use.
Wristband Mockup: editable parts
Everything below is on its own layer:
- Logo or artwork, placed through the smart object
- Shadows
- Object colour, where included
- Background colour
Add your design to the Wristband Mockup
- Simplify the design a little; fine details get lost on small objects.
- Open the PSD in Photoshop and find the smart object layer, usually named “Your Design” or “Place Here”.
- Place your design, hide the sample artwork, save, and go back to the main file.
- Try the logo in one colour and full colour.
- Export a full-size image for your portfolio and a smaller one for social media.
One more thing: keep your artwork simple. Small objects shrink details quickly, so a bold mark reads better than fine lines.
Where the Wristband Mockup works best
- Present a small logo in a client proposal or brand guide.
- Show a pattern to a client before it goes to print or production.
- Share merch branding on Instagram, Behance or Dribbble with a real-looking preview.
Before you download
- Made by Pixpine. The download size and format are listed on their page.
- Check the smart object size before you design, so your artwork fits without stretching.
- The preview shows the angle, background and lighting you’ll get.
- Check the licence on the author’s page. Personal and commercial terms differ from file to file.

Questions about this mockup
Is it free for commercial use?
It's free to download, but the licence belongs to Pixpine. Check their page: it states whether commercial use is allowed and if attribution is needed.
How do I put my artwork on the accessory?
Find the smart object layer (it has a small icon on its thumbnail), double-click it, place your design, then save and close that tab.
Which Photoshop version do I need?
A recent Photoshop CC version is best. Older versions can open the file but sometimes have trouble with smart objects and effects.
Can I change the background?
Most object mockups have a background colour or image layer at the bottom of the stack that you can swap.
