Need to show a washi tape pattern to a client? This barrier tape box mockup does the job in a few minutes.

It’s a handy file for e-commerce brands and stationery designers. A small tip: keep your artwork simple. Small objects shrink details quickly, so a bold mark reads better than fine lines.

It’s a nice extra slide in a branding presentation, after the logo and the main applications.

The file is made by Designbolts. The download button takes you to their page, where you get the original file and the licence details.

How to use the Barrier Tape Box Mockup

  1. Export your logo or artwork as a PNG with transparency.
  2. Open the PSD in Photoshop and find the smart object layer, usually named “Your Design” or “Place Here”.
  3. Place your design, hide the sample artwork, save, and go back to the main file.
  4. Change the background colour at the bottom of the layer stack.
