A shop sign looks better on a building facade banner mockup than on a white artboard, and this mockup is set up for exactly that.
Useful for café owners as much as for retail brands. Check your artwork’s aspect ratio against the smart object before you start, or faces and logos get cropped.
Showing a campaign in context helps clients see the scale; a design that feels loud on a laptop can look quiet on the street. Combine it with a poster or bus stop ad to show the campaign across several placements.

Editable options in the Building Facade Banner Mockup PSD
The PSD is layered, so you can change:
- Ad artwork, placed through the smart object
- Lighting and shadow layers
- Glow layer for backlit scenes, where included
How to edit this Building Facade Banner Mockup in Photoshop
- Check the smart object’s ratio first, then build the ad to match it.
- Open the file in Photoshop and double-click the smart object thumbnail in the Layers panel.
- Paste your design, resize it to fill the area, then save (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and close that tab.
- Match the ad’s brightness to the scene with the lighting layers.
- Export with File › Export › Export As: JPG for sharing, PNG for the web.
Another tip: match the brightness of your design to the scene; a very bright graphic in a shaded spot looks pasted in.

Questions about this mockup
Is it free for commercial use?
It's free to download, but the licence belongs to Pixelbuddha. Check their page: it states whether commercial use is allowed and if attribution is needed.
How do I add my design?
Open the file in Photoshop, double-click the smart object thumbnail, paste or place your artwork in the new tab, save it (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and close. The main file updates on its own.
Which Photoshop version do I need?
A recent Photoshop CC version is best. Older versions can open the file but sometimes have trouble with smart objects and effects.
Can I change the surroundings?
Usually only lighting and shadows are adjustable. The street, sky or building are part of the photo.
