Here’s a display stand mockup that works well for a trade show booth, a point-of-sale display and similar projects.
Good pick for exhibitors, packaging designers or anyone putting together a portfolio. One thing worth knowing: check your artwork’s aspect ratio against the smart object before you start, or faces and logos get cropped.
It’s also handy for student and portfolio work, when you want to show a campaign that never went live. Show the same visual on a billboard and a flyer to present a consistent campaign.

Display Stand Mockup: editable parts
Main things you can change in Photoshop:
- Ad artwork, placed through the smart object
- Glow layer for backlit scenes, where included
- Brightness to match the scene
- Lighting and shadow layers
How to use the Display Stand Mockup
- Export the ad artwork large so it stays sharp in the scene.
- Open the PSD in Photoshop and find the smart object layer, usually named “Your Design” or “Place Here”.
- Paste your design, resize it to fill the area, then save (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and close that tab.
- Use the glow layer for night or backlit scenes.
- Export with File › Export › Export As: JPG for sharing, PNG for the web.
Another tip: match the brightness of your design to the scene; a very bright graphic in a shaded spot looks pasted in.

Questions about this mockup
What licence does it come with?
That depends on the author's terms. The download page lists what is allowed; when in doubt, ask the author directly.
How do I put my artwork on the display stand?
Find the smart object layer (it has a small icon on its thumbnail), double-click it, place your design, then save and close that tab.
Which Photoshop version do I need?
A recent Photoshop CC version is best. Older versions can open the file but sometimes have trouble with smart objects and effects.
What ratio should my artwork be?
Open the smart object and check its canvas; design to that ratio. Most outdoor mockups use common print ratios, but it varies from file to file.
Why does the download open another website?
We list free files from designers around the web and link to the original page, so Mockups Design gets the visit and you get the file exactly as they published it.
