Here’s a folded business card mockup that works well for a front and back card design, a QR code card and similar projects.

It’s a handy file for small businesses and branding studios. A small tip: show the back of the card with just the logo; it makes the front look calmer.

Clients sign off faster when they can picture the finished piece, and a flat PDF rarely does that as well as a photo of the business card. If you’re building a full identity, pair it with an envelope or letterhead mockup for a matching set.

Mockups Design created this one and hosts the download on their own site, so you always get the latest version straight from the source.

What you can edit in this Folded Business Card Mockups

Main things you can change in Photoshop:

  • Your design, placed through the smart object
  • Paper texture you can turn up or down
  • Shadows and highlights on their own layers
  • Front and back artwork, where both sides are shown

Add your design to the Folded Business Card Mockups

  1. Set up the design flat at the real print size and keep text inside a safe margin.
  2. Open the PSD in Photoshop and find the smart object layer, usually named “Your Design” or “Place Here”.
  3. Paste your design, resize it to fill the area, then save (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and close that tab.
  4. Export with File › Export › Export As: JPG for sharing, PNG for the web.

One more thing: standard cards are small; keep body text at 7–8 pt or larger so it stays readable in the preview.

Where the Folded Business Card Mockups works best

  • Make two or three colour versions of a minimal logo card and let the client pick.
  • Show a QR code card to a client before it goes to print or production.
  • Share a front and back card design on Instagram, Behance or Dribbble with a real-looking preview.

Questions about this mockup

What licence does it come with?

That depends on the author's terms. The download page lists what is allowed; when in doubt, ask the author directly.

How do I add my design?

Open the file in Photoshop, double-click the smart object thumbnail, paste or place your artwork in the new tab, save it (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and close. The main file updates on its own.

Which Photoshop version do I need?

A recent Photoshop CC version is best. Older versions can open the file but sometimes have trouble with smart objects and effects.

Can I show both sides?

It depends on the file. Many print mockups include a front and a back smart object; the preview usually shows whether both sides are visible.

Why does the download open another website?

We list free files from designers around the web and link to the original page, so Mockups Design gets the visit and you get the file exactly as they published it.
