About Calico
Calico is a serif font by Fontliner, released in 2026. It has a retro mood.
Designers usually pick fonts like this for planners and paper crafts and logos. For body text next to it, a quiet font such as Inter keeps the layout easy to read. Serif fonts add a classic, trustworthy feel and work well for editorial and luxury projects.
The zip contains one font file (Calico-Regular.ttf), covering uppercase and lowercase. It’s a demo, which usually means a limited character set; the full version has everything.
Calico is free for personal use only. Commercial use needs a paid licence from Fontliner.
How to install Calico
- Download the zip and unzip it.
- On Windows, double-click the font file and press Install.
- On a Mac, open the file and press Install Font.
- Restart Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva desktop so the font shows up.
