About Softspoken Script
Meet Softspoken Script, a script typeface by vpcreativeshop.
It works well for menus and cafe branding, magazine layouts and party invitations. Lato makes a safe partner for paragraphs and captions. Avoid setting script fonts in all caps. Capitals rarely connect and the word gets hard to read.
The zip contains one font file (Softspoken-ScriptFreeDemo.otf), covering uppercase and lowercase.
This free version is for personal use. If you plan to earn money with it (client work, merch, packaging), get the commercial licence from vpcreativeshop. The link below goes to the designer’s shop.
Installing the font
- Unzip the downloaded file.
- On Windows, double-click the font file and press Install.
- Mac: double-click the file and click Install Font in Font Book.
- Restart Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva desktop so the font shows up.
