Square Flyer Mockup
What's inside

If you’re presenting a club night poster, this square flyer mockup makes the idea feel real before anything is produced.
Useful for event promoters as much as for print designers. Export your artwork at the size the smart object asks for; scaling a small file up is the usual reason print mockups look soft.
Seeing a layout on a real flyer is also the easiest way to catch problems early. A phone number that looked fine on screen can turn out too small once it sits on paper. If you’re building a full identity, pair it with an envelope or letterhead mockup for a matching set.
The file is made by Graphic Google. The download button takes you to their page, where you get the original file and the licence details.
What you can edit in this Square Flyer Mockup
Main things you can change in Photoshop:
- Your design, placed through the smart object
- Front and back artwork, where both sides are shown
- Paper texture you can turn up or down
- Paper or background colour
Editing the Square Flyer Mockup, step by step
- Export your artwork as a high-resolution PNG or JPG, around 300 ppi at print size.
- Open the file in Photoshop and double-click the smart object thumbnail in the Layers panel.
- Drop your artwork in, fit it to the canvas, save and close. The mockup updates by itself.
- Change the background or paper colour with the colour layer.
- Save a JPG for clients and social media, and keep the PSD for later changes.
Another tip: keep text at least a few millimetres from the edge. The mockup shows the trim, and cramped margins read as a mistake.
Ways to use this Square Flyer Mockup
- Make two or three colour versions of a promo leaflet and let the client pick.
- Share a club night poster on Instagram, Behance or Dribbble with a real-looking preview.
- Present an event flyer in a client proposal or brand guide.

Questions about this mockup
What licence does it come with?
Graphic Google sets the licence, and it can differ from file to file. Many free files allow personal and commercial use, but some are personal-only or ask for credit. Read the terms on the download page before a paid project.
How do I put my artwork on the flyer?
Find the smart object layer (it has a small icon on its thumbnail), double-click it, place your design, then save and close that tab.
Do I need Photoshop?
Yes. This is a PSD mockup built with smart objects, so you edit it in Adobe Photoshop. Any recent CC version works.
Will my artwork look printed or pasted on?
Most print mockups keep the paper texture and lighting on separate layers above your design, so it takes on the grain and shadows. If it still looks too clean, lower the opacity of your artwork a little.
