Stationary Document Folder Mockup
What's inside
- Applications Photoshop
- File Types PSD
- License Free (see author's terms)
- Author Pixeden
Show a full brand identity the way it will actually look: on a stationary document folder mockup.
Useful for design students as much as for branding studios. Use the same margins on every item in the set; it’s the detail that makes an identity look designed rather than assembled.
Clients sign off faster when they can picture the finished piece, and a flat PDF rarely does that as well as a photo of the stationery set.
Works well for
- A full brand identity
- Letterhead, card and envelope
- A brand guideline cover

What’s inside the Stationary Document Folder Mockup PSD
Everything below is on its own layer:
- Your design, placed through the smart object
- Paper or background colour
- Shadows and highlights on their own layers
- Paper texture you can turn up or down
Add your design to the Stationary Document Folder Mockup
- Get your artwork ready at print size, with 3 mm of bleed if it runs to the edge.
- In the Layers panel, find the layer with the small smart object icon and double-click it.
- Place your design, hide the sample artwork, save, and go back to the main file.
- Tweak the shadow and highlight layers to suit your colours.
- Save a JPG for clients and social media, and keep the PSD for later changes.
If the paper has texture, drop the opacity of your art by a few percent so the grain shows through.

Questions about this mockup
Is it free for commercial use?
That depends on the author's terms. The download page lists what is allowed; when in doubt, ask the author directly.
How do I put my artwork on the stationery set?
Find the smart object layer (it has a small icon on its thumbnail), double-click it, place your design, then save and close that tab.
Which Photoshop version do I need?
A recent Photoshop CC version is best. Older versions can open the file but sometimes have trouble with smart objects and effects.
Can I show both sides?
It depends on the file. Many print mockups include a front and a back smart object; the preview usually shows whether both sides are visible.
