Stationery Elements Mockup
What's inside
- Applications Photoshop
- File Types PSD
- License Free (see author's terms)
- Author Dribbble Graphics
A stationery elements mockup, made for presenting a full brand identity. Drop in your artwork and the lighting and shadows stay as they are.
Useful for design students as much as for branding studios. Quick tip: use the same margins on every item in the set; it’s the detail that makes an identity look designed rather than assembled.
Seeing a layout on a real stationery set is also the easiest way to catch problems early. A phone number that looked fine on screen can turn out too small once it sits on paper.
Works well for
- A full brand identity
- Letterhead, card and envelope
- A brand guideline cover
The file is made by Dribbble Graphics. The download button takes you to their page, where you get the original file and the licence details.
Editable options in the Stationery Elements Mockup PSD
Everything below is on its own layer:
- Your design, placed through the smart object
- Shadows and highlights on their own layers
- Paper texture you can turn up or down
Editing the Stationery Elements Mockup, step by step
- Set up the design flat at the real print size and keep text inside a safe margin.
- In the Layers panel, find the layer with the small smart object icon and double-click it.
- Paste your design, resize it to fill the area, then save (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and close that tab.
- Tweak the shadow and highlight layers to suit your colours.
- Save a JPG for clients and social media, and keep the PSD for later changes.
Worth remembering: dark designs often look flat on paper mockups. Turning the highlight layer up slightly brings back the sheen.

Questions about this mockup
Can I use this stationery set mockup for client work?
Dribbble Graphics sets the licence, and it can differ from file to file. Many free files allow personal and commercial use, but some are personal-only or ask for credit. Read the terms on the download page before a paid project.
How do I add my design?
Open the file in Photoshop, double-click the smart object thumbnail, paste or place your artwork in the new tab, save it (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and close. The main file updates on its own.
Which Photoshop version do I need?
A recent Photoshop CC version is best. Older versions can open the file but sometimes have trouble with smart objects and effects.
Can I show both sides?
It depends on the file. Many print mockups include a front and a back smart object; the preview usually shows whether both sides are visible.
