Need to show letterhead, card and envelope to a client? This corporate identity mockup does the job in a few minutes.
Useful for freelance designers as much as for design students. Quick tip: use the same margins on every item in the set; it’s the detail that makes an identity look designed rather than assembled.
Clients sign off faster when they can picture the finished piece, and a flat PDF rarely does that as well as a photo of the stationery set. If you’re building a full identity, pair it with an envelope or letterhead mockup for a matching set.
Use it for
- Letterhead, card and envelope
- A full brand identity
- A brand guideline cover
The file is made by Mockups Design. The download button takes you to their page, where you get the original file and the licence details.
Editable options in the Corporate Identity Mockup PSD
The PSD is layered, so you can change:
- Your design, placed through the smart object
- Paper or background colour
- Front and back artwork, where both sides are shown
How to use the Corporate Identity Mockup
- Export your artwork as a high-resolution PNG or JPG, around 300 ppi at print size.
- In the Layers panel, find the layer with the small smart object icon and double-click it.
- Drop your artwork in, fit it to the canvas, save and close. The mockup updates by itself.
- Export a full-size image for your portfolio and a smaller one for social media.
One more thing: export your artwork at the size the smart object asks for; scaling a small file up is the usual reason print mockups look soft.
Ways to use this Corporate Identity Mockup
- Use it as the cover image for a brand guideline cover in your portfolio.
- Share a full brand identity on Instagram, Behance or Dribbble with a real-looking preview.
- Show letterhead, card and envelope on your online shop or product page.
Quick notes on this mockup
- Made by Mockups Design. The download size and format are listed on their page.
- Some free mockups ask for credit when you post them. A short line in your caption is enough.

- Check the smart object size before you design, so your artwork fits without stretching.

Questions about this mockup
Is it free for commercial use?
That depends on the author's terms. The download page lists what is allowed; when in doubt, ask the author directly.
How do I add my design?
Open the file in Photoshop, double-click the smart object thumbnail, paste or place your artwork in the new tab, save it (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and close. The main file updates on its own.
Do I need Photoshop?
Yes. This is a PSD mockup built with smart objects, so you edit it in Adobe Photoshop. Any recent CC version works.
Will my artwork look printed or pasted on?
Most print mockups keep the paper texture and lighting on separate layers above your design, so it takes on the grain and shadows. If it still looks too clean, lower the opacity of your artwork a little.
Why does the download open another website?
We list free files from designers around the web and link to the original page, so Mockups Design gets the visit and you get the file exactly as they published it.
