Tin Paint Bucket Mockup
What's inside
- Applications Photoshop
- File Types PSD
- License Free (see author's terms)
- Author Yellowimages
Full packaging artwork looks better on a tin paint bucket mockup than on a white artboard, and this mockup is set up for exactly that. The tin surface is the main character here, so designs with some contrast stand out best.
Useful for product startups as much as for food and health brands. Quick tip: build the label or dieline flat first, then place it; bending text inside the mockup is harder to fix later.
A realistic render saves a round of physical samples, which for packaging can take weeks.
Use it for
- Full packaging artwork
- A product label
- A food container design
Yellowimages created this one and hosts the download on their own site, so you always get the latest version straight from the source.

Questions about this mockup
Can I use this package mockup for client work?
That depends on the author's terms. The download page lists what is allowed; when in doubt, ask the author directly.
How do I add my design?
Open the file in Photoshop, double-click the smart object thumbnail, paste or place your artwork in the new tab, save it (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and close. The main file updates on its own.
Do I need Photoshop?
Yes. This is a PSD mockup built with smart objects, so you edit it in Adobe Photoshop. Any recent CC version works.
Is the design wrapped around the shape?
Round packs usually use warp or displacement so the label bends with the shape. Flat boxes use separate smart objects for each visible side.
Why does the download open another website?
We list free files from designers around the web and link to the original page, so Yellowimages gets the visit and you get the file exactly as they published it.
