Need to show a cuff logo to a client? This ankle socks mockup does the job in a few minutes.
It’s a handy file for print-on-demand sellers and gift shops. One thing worth knowing: if the print looks too sharp, a very slight blur (0.3 px) makes it sit into the fabric.
It’s also useful before a print run, to check how large the design should really be on the garment.

What’s inside the Ankle Socks Mockup PSD
The PSD is layered, so you can change:
- Print design, placed through the smart object
- Shadows and highlights
- Background colour
- Folds and wrinkles that wrap your print
How to edit this Ankle Socks Mockup in Photoshop
- Decide where the design sits on the item and size your art for that spot.
- Open the file in Photoshop and double-click the smart object thumbnail in the Layers panel.
- Paste your design, resize it to fill the area, then save (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and close that tab.
- Export with File › Export › Export As: JPG for sharing, PNG for the web.
Keep chest prints around a third of the shirt width. Oversized art looks unrealistic on a folded or worn garment.

Questions about this mockup
Can I use this socks mockup for client work?
That depends on the author's terms. The download page lists what is allowed; when in doubt, ask the author directly.
How do I add my design?
Open the file in Photoshop, double-click the smart object thumbnail, paste or place your artwork in the new tab, save it (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and close. The main file updates on its own.
Do I need Photoshop?
Yes. This is a PSD mockup built with smart objects, so you edit it in Adobe Photoshop. Any recent CC version works.
Does the print follow the fabric folds?
Better apparel mockups use a displacement map or warp so the print follows the wrinkles. Check the preview: if the folds show through the logo, it does.
Why does the download open another website?
We list free files from designers around the web and link to the original page, so Zippypixels gets the visit and you get the file exactly as they published it.
