About Classical Material

Meet Classical Material, a calligraphy typeface by 177Studio. Its full name says it well: calligraphic serif. Expect a vintage feel.

It works well for website headings, greeting cards and certificates. Cormorant Garamond makes a safe partner for paragraphs and captions. Calligraphy fonts look most natural at larger sizes, where the thick and thin strokes can show.

The zip contains 2 font files (Classical-Material-Demo.otf, Classical-Material-Demo.ttf), covering uppercase, lowercase and numbers.

This free version is for personal use. If you plan to earn money with it (client work, merch, packaging), get the commercial licence from 177Studio. The link below goes to the designer’s shop.
