How to use the Plate Mockups

  1. Export your logo or artwork as a PNG with transparency.
  2. In the Layers panel, find the layer with the small smart object icon and double-click it.
  3. Place your design, hide the sample artwork, save, and go back to the main file.
  4. Adjust the shadow so the object sits on the surface.
  5. Export with File › Export › Export As: JPG for sharing, PNG for the web.

Worth remembering: use a PNG with transparency for logos so the material around them keeps its texture.
