A new logo looks better on a basketball logo mockup than on a white artboard, and this mockup is set up for exactly that.
Freelancers on Behance and branding studios tend to get the most out of files like this. Use a vector or high-resolution PNG version of the logo; this is the one mockup where every edge is looked at closely.
Logo reveals like this are usually the first image in a branding case study, so it’s worth getting the material right.
Use it for

What you can edit in this Basketball Logo Mockups
Main things you can change in Photoshop:
- Your design, placed through the smart object
- Paper or background colour
- Shadows and highlights on their own layers
- Front and back artwork, where both sides are shown
How to use the Basketball Logo Mockups
- Export your artwork as a high-resolution PNG or JPG, around 300 ppi at print size.
- Open the file in Photoshop and double-click the smart object thumbnail in the Layers panel.
- Paste your design, resize it to fill the area, then save (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and close that tab.
- Change the background or paper colour with the colour layer.
- Save a JPG for clients and social media, and keep the PSD for later changes.
One more thing: keep text at least a few millimetres from the edge. The mockup shows the trim, and cramped margins read as a mistake.

Questions about this mockup
Can I use this logo mockup for client work?
That depends on the author's terms. The download page lists what is allowed; when in doubt, ask the author directly.
How do I add my design?
Open the file in Photoshop, double-click the smart object thumbnail, paste or place your artwork in the new tab, save it (Ctrl/Cmd + S) and close. The main file updates on its own.
Which Photoshop version do I need?
A recent Photoshop CC version is best. Older versions can open the file but sometimes have trouble with smart objects and effects.
Does the effect work with any logo?
Effects like foil, emboss or 3D are applied through layer styles, so any logo placed in the smart object gets them. Thin lines and tiny text may lose detail, so test a simplified version too.
