Rectangle Pillow Mockup

A rectangle pillow mockup, made for presenting a photo print. Drop in your artwork and the lighting and shadows stay as they are.
Useful for textile designers as much as for home decor shops. Quick tip: keep chest prints around a third of the shirt width. Oversized art looks unrealistic on a folded or worn garment.
Print-on-demand shops use images like this for listings, so the realism of the folds matters more than people think.

What’s inside the Rectangle Pillow Mockup PSD
Open it in Photoshop and you can change:
- Print design, placed through the smart object
- Shadows and highlights
- Folds and wrinkles that wrap your print
Editing the Rectangle Pillow Mockup, step by step
- Prepare the graphic flat, without shadows or fake texture. The mockup adds those.
- Open the file in Photoshop and double-click the smart object thumbnail in the Layers panel.
- Drop your artwork in, fit it to the canvas, save and close. The mockup updates by itself.
- Lower the print opacity a touch if it looks too sharp on the folds.
- Export with File › Export › Export As: JPG for sharing, PNG for the web.
Another tip: place the design as a flat PNG with a transparent background, then let the fabric displacement do the folds.

Questions about this mockup
Is it free for commercial use?
It's free to download, but the licence belongs to Zippypixels. Check their page: it states whether commercial use is allowed and if attribution is needed.
How do I put my artwork on the pillow?
Find the smart object layer (it has a small icon on its thumbnail), double-click it, place your design, then save and close that tab.
Which Photoshop version do I need?
A recent Photoshop CC version is best. Older versions can open the file but sometimes have trouble with smart objects and effects.
Can I change the fabric colour?
Almost every apparel mockup has a colour fill or adjustment layer for the garment. Double-click its thumbnail and pick your colour.
Why does the download open another website?
We list free files from designers around the web and link to the original page, so Zippypixels gets the visit and you get the file exactly as they published it.
